Venison burgers cooking on a FireDisc Grill https://www.firedisccookers.com/

Venison burger can be a delicious way to eat venison, especially bucks that might have had a little age on them. In this recipe, we cooked the burgers on a Firedisc cooker. It is a cross between a wok and a griddle and makes it easier to control the rate of cooking and produces an excellent burger. You can also cook venison burgers on a grill or griddle, but we liked the convenience and flexibility of the FireDisc.
